At checkout
Available delivery methods, their cost and the estimated delivery window are shown at checkout before payment. We do not publish a shipping threshold until it is configured in the live checkout.
Dispatch
Orders are prepared on business days. The live checkout and order confirmation will state the current dispatch estimate. You will receive tracking details when the carrier has accepted the parcel.
Heat + storage
The product label requires storage below 25°C and out of direct sunlight. Do not leave a delivered parcel in a hot location. Contact us before use if the parcel or product seal arrives damaged.
