If something is wrong with an order, tell us quickly and keep the product and packaging.
Consumer guarantees
Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, unsafe, significantly different from its description or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee, contact us for an appropriate remedy.
Damaged orders
Email legendary@numbingcream.com with the order number and clear photos of the parcel, packaging, seal and product. Do not use a tube if the seal or packaging is damaged.
Change of mind
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or unsealed topical products cannot be accepted for change-of-mind return. Any discretionary return must be requested before opening the product and before sending anything back.
